PLEASE NOTE: Scheduling is restricted to returning clients (seen in the past few years) and new clients within our specialty areas. This includes new clients seeking massage and/or lymphatic support during and after cancer diagnosis and treatment and TGNC clients before/after gender affirming surgery. If you are seeking lymphedema support, feel free to reach out to see if we can be of help.

By scheduling, the client agrees to follow all Covid-related policies. I am continuing to mask in my office due to my client population. You may choose whatever feels most comfortable for you. If you have had a recent exposure to someone with any infectious illness but are feeling well, please err on the side of caution and mask during your session. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule - there is never a cancellation fee for rescheduling due to illness, weather, or emergency. 

 Please do not enter the office if you are experiencing any new respiratory or flu-like symptoms (not related to a known non-contagious health condition).

      Can be added to any regular massage session. Simply select your massage service (established clients only) as well as this service. Example: Select 30 Minute Therapeutic Massage AND 30 Minute MLD Add-on for a 60 Minute session. 
    • Warm Therapy Free
      Add warmed flaxseed pillows to your session free of charge. Perfect to support the neck or along your spine while face down. We use Mother Earth pillows with a medigrade cover so they are disinfected after each use. 

    • Class Offerings

      • Self Lymphatic Drainage for the Breasts
        Learn self care for the breasts - focused on a simple self lymphatic drainage sequence. We'll cover basic anatomy and functions of the lymphatic system, then focus specifically on lymphatic anatomy of the breast and surrounding lymph nodes. An easy to learn sequence will be taught with ample time for self practice and questions. Please wear a light weight t-shirt or camisole to practice over for the privacy and comfort of all attendees. Suggested donation of $10 but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please pre-register as space is limited.
