PLEASE NOTE: Scheduling is restricted to returning clients and new clients within our specialty areas. This includes new clients seeking massage and/or lymphatic support during and after cancer diagnosis and treatment and TGNC clients before/after gender affirming surgery. If you are seeking lymphedema support, feel free to reach out to see if we can be of help.

By scheduling, the client agrees to follow all Covid-related policies. I am continuing to mask in my office due to my client population. You may choose to be unmasked while in the treatment room but please arrive with a well fitted mask in place to move through common areas while others are present in the office. If you have had a recent exposure to someone with any infectious illness but are feeling well, please err on the side of caution and mask during your session. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule - there is never a cancellation fee for rescheduling due to illness, weather, or emergency. 

Our office is located on the first floor with an accessible ramp and close, off-street parking. Unfortunately, our bathroom is small and not wheelchair or walker accessible.

My office is located at 153 Elm St, Suite 1, in Montpelier, Vermont. 153 Elm St. is the white building behind Advanced Chiropractic’s red brick building at 155 Elm. Parking and the entrance are at the rear of the building facing the river. The office is a 5 minute walk from downtown Montpelier. Free off street parking is available for clients. Office access is by appointment only. When you arrive, please plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session - I will unlock the door and let you in. Please have a clean, well fitted mask in place before entering the building - I will also happily provide a single use surgical mask for you to wear. Please do not enter the office if you are experiencing any new respiratory or flu-like symptoms (not related to a known non-contagious health condition).

      Add warm flaxseed pillows or focal warmed stones to your session free of charge.

    • Class Offerings

      • Self Lymphatic Drainage for the Breasts
        Learn self care for the breasts - focused on a simple self lymphatic drainage sequence. We'll cover basic anatomy and functions of the lymphatic system, then focus specifically on lymphatic anatomy of the breast and surrounding lymph nodes. An easy to learn sequence will be taught with ample time for self practice and questions. Please wear a light weight t-shirt or camisole to practice over for the privacy and comfort of all attendees. Suggested donation of $10 but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please pre-register as space is limited.
